But there are still situations when you need to diversify your designs with objects and materials in particular styles, unavailable in any of the above-mentioned options. Some of the sources provide both free and paid 3D models or materials. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all 3D models and textures can be properly imported and used in Live Home 3D software. Archive Textures contains 3,500+ free high quality textures. On their website, you can freely download items without registration.


A website dedicated to 3D models, tutorials and materials, which are primarily set for the V-ray for Rhino render engine. To download their free 3D models and textures, simply go to the Store section on the website and tick the “only free” option in the left menu.


Free 3D contains 10,000+ free 3D models in .3ds, .obj, .c4d, .3dm and other formats. You may download and use these objects in any personal project for free. Make sure to register using a valid email address to be able to download 3D models.

Live Home 3D contains over 2,400 3D models and 2,100 materials, quite a number to choose from! And, each of these materials can be modified for your needs. But if you do not find what you need in the 3D models and textures library, additional collections are available as in-app purchases from the “Live Home 3D > Store” menu. Some examples are Scandinavian style furniture, additional materials, plants and outdoor objects.
